OPPORTUNITIES

Our Engineering Graduate Scheme and Early Careers Development Programme spans across many of our departments, each with its own set of specialists to support you in your career development. You will be trained by our senior engineers in their respective niches, with opportunities to network, collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects and gain valuable knowledge and experience on your pathway to becoming an engineer.

Joining our programme allows you access to many of our department engineers, such as Aerospace & Defence; Built Environment; Marine; Nuclear, Power & Renewable Energy; Software Systems; Transport & Infrastructure; Process & Manufacturing.

requirements

We require a minimum of the below:

  • 2:2 Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 3 relevant A-Levels
  • Problem solving, collaboration, analytical, flexible
  • Committed, proactive attitude
  • Open-minded approach
  • Completion of a successful interview and skills test
