The teams at Morson Projects and sister company, Waldeck, have recently worked collaboratively to assist our client, STS Aviation Services, in understanding the operational capacity of one of their aircraft hangars.
Through “Made Smarter” matched government funding, Morson Projects helped Empire Cartridges to upscale their manufacturing output of shotgun cartridge shells by investing in an Industry 4.0 solution that will enable the business to produce and pack in excess of 1million cartridges each year.
Morson Projects internal process of concurrent engineering capability allows us to deliver in challenging timeframes – we delivered the new wing design for the advanced Hawk in 7 months, when the initial forecast was 18 months.
Morson Projects has a contract with the Axiom DSA alliance for the provision of engineering and design services. Via this agreement we have delivered a number of design related packages of work all of varying size and complexity. Morson Projects currently has a total of 18 multi-discipline engineers and designers seconded into client integrated project teams at Risley, Sellafield and Westlakes.
Morson Projects were appointed by Aerospace Systems Inc (ASI) to support them with the minor modifications for certificated design solutions to configure 10 King Air B200GT/B200CGT aircraft and 1 Cessna Latitude aircraft for a Special Missions Air Ambulance role for the Norwegian Air Ambulance Service.
