Mentoring is a powerful force for personal and professional growth, and we’re privileged to have so many passionate individuals within Morson Projects who are committed to supporting and nurturing the talents of others. These mentors are instrumental in shaping the future of our business and wider industry, and we can’t thank them enough for their continued commitment.
Mentoring goes beyond just sharing knowledge; it’s about inspiring, guiding, and empowering the next generation of engineers.. architects… project managers and everyone else within our team.

Chartered Design Engineer, Anna Davanzo who is our in-house Mentor Trainer, has brought years of experience from previous roles to help formalise the mentoring elements of the Early Careers Development Programme. She explains:
“We are extremely lucky to have a range of mentors from varying disciplines and functions directly supporting the ECDP.
“The focus for our business isn’t just on the early careers team, it is also about the more experienced members of the team and our mentors being able to develop their skillsets and grow within their own roles as they share their knowledge and experience in the best interest of the team, our business and our clients.”
