This year also marked the debut of the Early Careers Development Programme Awards, a new initiative recognising individuals who embody and demonstrate our company’s core values of Care, Collaboration, Courage, and Curiosity.
One of the event’s highlights was the announcement of the Collaboration Award winner:
Recognising a Commitment to Collaboration
For the Collaborative Award, the judges were looking for nominees’ engagement in team projects, focusing on the way they communicate effectively with both their colleagues and external stakeholders. The award looks at the individual’s ability to navigate and solve disagreements as well as the ways in which they encourage diverse perspectives and inclusivity within their team.
