Graduate recruitment kickstarts for the 2025 cohort

Morson Projects is excited to announce the launch of our Aerospace Graduate Programme, with applications now open for our 2025 intake. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious graduates to begin their careers working on high-profile aerospace and defence projects, supported by our structured Early Careers Development Programme.

When will the programme start?

Our first cohort of aerospace graduates will officially join us in November 2026, with three groups set to be welcomed into the business over the coming years.

Who can apply?

We are looking for graduates with a degree in:

  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Computing
  • Software
  • Or a related engineering discipline

Alongside strong technical knowledge, we value individuals who bring:

  • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • A keen interest in aerospace, defence, or safety-critical sectors
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Due to the secure nature of our projects, applicants must be sole UK nationals and eligible for SC clearance.

What does the programme involve?

Our graduates will work on real client projects from day one, developing safety-critical software systems and contributing to key programmes across the aerospace and defence sector.

Through our structured training programme, you will gain:

  • Mentoring and guidance from experienced engineers
  • Hands-on experience within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Opportunities to design, test, and deliver software solutions
  • Development of core competencies aligned with the Engineering Council’s model

The programme is designed not only to build engineering expertise but also to develop wider skills in project delivery, line management, and leadership, giving you the tools to progress your career with us.

What we’re looking for

We welcome applications from candidates who hold a relevant degree and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for engineering in the aerospace and defence sector. While not essential, exposure to the following would be advantageous:

  • Programming languages such as C++ or Python
  • Software development processes, testing, or modelling tools
  • Awareness of embedded systems or real-time operating systems
