Our Early Careers Development Programme for graduates has been created for engineers, by engineers. It has been designed to attract and retain the best future talent in our industries to allow Morson Projects to continue to deliver market leading engineering consultancy solutions to our clients.

Morson Projects aims to support graduate engineers into successful careers after their degrees, continuing their learning and development journeys whilst gaining practical experience and providing solutions to real-world problems.

When you start, you’ll be given a mentor who will share their own knowledge and expertise, guiding you through the entirety of the programme. You will also have a multitude of training opportunities ranging from tool set training, on-the-job shadowing, project specific training and opportunities to work across different disciplines.

Our Engineering Graduate Scheme and Early Careers Development Programme spans across many of our departments, each with its own set of specialists to support you in your career development. You will be trained by our senior engineers in their respective niches, with opportunities to network, collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects and gain valuable knowledge and experience on your pathway to becoming an engineer.

We require a minimum of the below:

  • 2:2 Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 3 relevant A-Levels
  • Problem solving, collaboration, analytical, flexible
  • Committed, proactive attitude
  • Open-minded approach
  • Completion of a successful interview and skills test
