Morson Projects were appointed by Leonardo to provide a cost effective resource solution for their Information Environment System (IES) Department.

OUR SOLUTION

This project was undertaken as a part of the Leonardo Offload Technical Publications/Specialist Support contract awarded to Morson Projects during 2017.

Morson Projects have been working closely with the Procurement Department at Leonardo to provide a cost effective resource solution for their Information Environment System (IES) Department.

This department was solely supported by a Supplier whom Leonardo felt were no longer providing value for money. Morson Projects, working closely with the Department Manager, conducted a review of the department and the team’s capability, which resulted in us being able to provide Leonardo with a cost saving solution.

The team were successfully migrated across to Morson Projects in April 2018. One of the key achievements of this project was that we were able to provide Leonardo with a cost saving of £389,000.
